2nd Suggestions for Improvement at NSA

Good Day everyone...

2nd suggestion for improvement at National Sports Association (NSA).

As standard routine in election process, the affiliates will nominate and vote in the AGM to elect the bearers.

Most NSA the same bearer will be holding position at State/Affiliates while elected to hold position at NSA level.

I disagree with this due to following reasons:

1.A situation in which a person is in a position to derive personal benefit from actions or decisions made in their official capacity.

2. Playing ball to sustain his/her position.

3. Acting as Jury & Judge while making decisions

4. NSA Management will play politics and creates a clan between the system

5. Such philosophy of "your scratch my back I scrath you back". Most decision will be incline to political.

With the above reasoning, when elected at NSA level, the respective bearer must relinquish his position as automatically at State/Affiliates level.

By doing so, the quality of decision made by the Board will be optimum and the philosophy of sports above the organisation and individual will be adhered.

Every decision made will be the best interest for the sports as the bearer is no longer involved at affiliates level.

Once no longer serving at NSA level, the respective individual could return to serve the affiliates.
